The green and gold combination in this handmade beaded necklace works for any season. This long necklace features faceted ovals of Russian Serpentine wired with red and olive Czech glass beads. They are then wired to pieces of cast filigree and chain which are gold-plated. One piece of Russian serpentine forms the pendant on a smaller chain suspended below some of the filigree. This 30" (xx cm) long necklace has a lobster claw clasp. This necklace was partially made from recycled chain and filigree pieces of a broken necklace bought at a tag sale. The piece was redesigned and the gemstones, glass beads and small pendant chain were added.
