Service Pledge
1) All orders are handled with care in a timely manner and you should receive a response within 2 business days whenever possible.

2) We use quality materials and stand by our workmanship. All items are handcrafted with the exception of jewelry findings and supplies, which may include pendants. Because gemstones are from nature, there may be slight imperfections and these enhance the beauty of the pieces.

3) All designs are original unless noted and descriptions are highly detailed and worded for maximum accuracy so you will enjoy what you buy.

4) If you ever have a problem with an item you purchased from us, please contact us to resolve the issue. We stand behind our work and we want happy customers. We prefer that you email us but our telephone number is (913) 599-6009.

Return Policy
1) You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

2) If you registered as a customer you may send us an RMA form through the Track Order section. This generates a form for you to fill out and logs the request. If you did not register as a customer please contact us prior to the return with the order number and piece description(s) to let us know we can expect your package. Please mail the package to StormRising Designs, 7914 Halsey St., Lenexa, KS 66215.

3) When you return an item please return the piece in its original unused condition with your original receipt. Please purchase Delivery confirmation and Insurance on your return. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of a returned item.

4) Please note that because each custom designed piece is unique, custom jewelry is NOT exchangeable or refundable unless damaged in shipment.

Alterations
If you need changes to an item, indicate this in the additional informtation box when adding the item to the shopping cart. Necklace and bracelet length changes can usually be accomodated, provided materials are available. Please realize that not all designs can be adapted and for those we do not give a choice of options. You may be asked to pay an extra charge for changes. In most cases earrings can be changed to clip, post, leverbacks or ear wire. If you need clips (for non-pierced ears) on the earrings instead of wires, lever backs or posts and vice-versa, make this selection when adding the earrings to the shopping cart. See Earring Options for a picture of the types.

Payments

Payment Information for US and Canadian Buyers
1) We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Select the Secure Online Credit Card option at checkout. Your records will reflect a payment to stormrisingdesigns @ earthlink.net.

2) We accept checks (U.S. only: We do not accept checks drawn on non-US banks) and postal money orders. Select the Check or Money Order option at checkout. Checks should be made out to Camilla S. Walton. Mailing address is as follows:

3) We accept PayPal. You may use your PayPal account or you may use MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card and you are not required to sign up with PayPal - it's optional. Select the PayPal option at checkout. Your records will reflect a payment to stormrisingdesigns @ earthlink.net.

4) We accept Google Checkout. You are not required to have a Google Checkout account to use this type of payment. Use Google Checkout and you will be asked to sign up as part of the checkout procedure if you do not already have an account.

International Sales
1) International Buyers: Please contact us before placing your order as shipments are not made to all countries.

2) We accept PayPal and International Money Orders in US Dollars. We do not accept payments for amounts higher than invoice total. Credit cards are accepted from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Your records will reflect a payment to stormrisingdesigns @ earthlink.net.

3) Payments by money order are due within ten (10) days of placing your order unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Unpaid orders will be cancelled at the end of this time period.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping, Handling and Insurance for US Buyers
1) Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance.

2) Please select your shipping when asked. Default is USPS Priority Mail. . All shipping costs include insurance and delivery confirmation when available - this adds $2.50 to the USPS Priority Mail for a total of $10.90.

3) We do not guarantee delivery times. USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2 - 3 days.

4) We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received after noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday unless that is a holiday. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving Credit Card authorization, PayPal payment or postal money order. If you have paid by check, the check must clear before your merchandise will be shipped. If you have requested alterations, shipping may be delayed.

Shipping and Handling for Canadian and International Buyers
1) Buyer pays for shipping & handling.

2) We ship via Priority Mail International - a service offered by the United States Postal Service with delivery by your local postal service. All shipping costs include insurance. $2.50 is added to postage to cover our costs, including insurance.

3) International orders may take up to 30 days to arrive. We cannot guarantee delivery times on overseas shipments and ask that you be patient.

4) Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving Credit Card authorization, PayPal payment , Google Checkout or money order.

5) Additional Costs You May Have To Pay - Please be advised that since you are considered the importer of record, you must; (a) comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, (b) pay import duties and taxes if any on the merchandise in this shipment, and (c) pay additional charges if any such as necessary brokerage services for customs clearance. Before confirming this order, we urge you to check out the amount of additional import charges if any for the merchandise you are ordering. If necessary, contact your local customs office for this information. Packages are marked as "Merchandise". We will not mark "Gift" on the customs form; please do not ask us to.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped within the State of Kansas.

Packaging
All jewelry is packaged in a cotton filled paper covered box typical of what you get in most retail stores. If you wish us to include a gift card with a message, please type please tell us so in the "additional information" box when you make your purchase. Here's a picture of our current packaging.
